Check Out These Real Results From A Dance Mom...

Pam (Kate's Mom)

“My daughter, Kate, loved watching videos from Balanced Dance Medicine. At ten years old, I was worried that she might not be able to follow along, but she learned so much from the videos and had so much fun. She understands her body so much more now and is learning how to care for herself and how to treat her body in dance and life. Heather makes difficult topics easily understandable, even for younger dancers, although we are hoping to make this part of our regular training schedule, so that as she grows, she’s able to absorb more and more of what these courses teach. We found this experience to be so valuable and would encourage all dancers to participate in her programs! Thank you, Heather!”
