Check Out These Real Results From A Dance Mom...

Chrissy (Evie’s mom)

"The exercises focused on ways a dancer could condition to improve their pointe. Evie noticed right away that her pointe was better. She felt more flexible and stronger with the exercises Dr. Heather has in her program. I know they will help her to avoid injury. Not only was proper movement and mobility taught, but also how often to train. This was the perfect way to launch into my daughter’s next season of dance!"
